Organic white
A white loaf, but with a very different flavour to its non-organic counterpart. It has good volume and crumb structure and is beautiful when toasted.
Organic wholemeal
The biggest selling organic loaf, which continues to grow in popularity. It is a loaf with a dense crumb structure, but doesn't eat heavy - A lovely flavoured bread.
Organic sunflower & grain
A loaf of bread with three benefits. Firstly it's organic; secondly, it's suitable those who prefer white bread; and thirdly it has the goodness properties of wholemeal. This is due to the increase in fibre content through the use of sunflower seeds and soya beans.
Organic honey & sunflower
A brown loaf which, although it may sound a strange combination at first, has now really begun to take off. The taste of the loaf is very palatable, and not overly sweet. Real honey is used in this loaf to ensure authenticity.
Organic rye bread
(100% Rye)
This loaf is part of our Organic range, but it also has the
added benefits of being a WHEAT FREE loaf. This however
does not mean it is GLUTEN FREE as rye has its own
gluten properties.
